As the lead designer for dCompany, I was responsible for transforming a complex legal and corporate management domain into an intuitive, user-friendly platform. The goal was to simplify tasks such as managing shareholders, handling board activities, and executing formal changes within companies. I worked closely with legal experts to translate their specialized knowledge into an accessible interface, focusing on clarity and ease of use. Through iterative design sprints, I developed clickable prototypes, tested user flows, and refined the overall user experience. The result was a streamlined digital solution that enabled users to easily navigate and manage corporate governance tasks, making the platform suitable for everyone from CEOs to everyday users without legal expertise.
