This project focused on gathering insights into how employees at NRK use video editing tools across the organization. Through qualitative and quantitative research, we identified key pain points and areas for improvement in both the tools and work processes.

I led an insight project for NRK aimed at understanding how their employees use video editing tools across various departments. Working alongside an NRK video editor, we traveled to different locations across Norway, conducting interviews and observing employees in their daily workflow. We used both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather data, sitting with users to understand what worked well and what needed improvement. Although the primary goal was to gain insight into the use of video editing tools, we also uncovered broader findings related to NRK's cross-departmental work processes. These insights were critical in identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving collaboration. Our findings were thoroughly documented and presented to the organization, offering recommendations for optimizing both the tools and the workflows.
