Revolutionizing Electrician Services

During my 18 months with Spoton, I played a key role in designing a fully digital service that simplifies how customers access electrician services. Initially, I focused on the launch of their new solar panel offering, creating an intuitive web solution where customers can input their address and automatically calculate the number of panels that can fit on their roof. This streamlined process enables customers to make adjustments before placing their orders, all online and with ease. Following the solar panel project, I continued as the design lead, enhancing existing solutions and developing new features. One significant addition was a sales dashboard for electricians, allowing them to track their sales performance and engage in competitions. This dashboard fosters a sense of community among electricians and encourages healthy competition while providing valuable insights into their performance.
